XOOPLE LABS INC. complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and related laws. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
What we collect

How we use it
To process orders, payments and delivery, handle returns and inquiries, and (if you opted in) send news about new drops.
How long we keep it
We delete your information once its purpose is fulfilled, except where Korean law requires retention: contract, cancellation and payment records (5 years), complaint and dispute records (3 years), advertising records (6 months), website access logs (3 months). Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Sharing and processors
- Delivery: your name, phone and address are shared with our courier for delivery only.
- Payment processing: Toss Payments Co., Ltd.
- Hosting and order database: Lovable / Supabase (data may be stored outside Korea).
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing, or withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing team@luvmarq.com.
Security
Order data is stored in an access-controlled database with no public access, all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and payment data is handled by the payment provider.
