Terms of Service

Effective date: October 26, 2026

These terms govern purchases made at LUVMARQ (luvmarq.com), operated by XOOPLE LABS INC. ("we", "us"). If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

1. Orders

• LUVMARQ currently offers guest checkout only. To order, select products, enter your name, phone, email and shipping address, agree to these terms and the privacy notice, and complete payment.
• A purchase contract is formed when payment is completed and our order confirmation reaches you.
• We may decline or cancel an order if the information is false or incomplete, or if the product is out of stock. Any payment will be fully refunded.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Toss Payments. We do not store your card details.

3. Shipping

Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment unless a different ship date is stated on the product page. See the Shipping Policy.

4. Returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds follow the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and our Exchange & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All trademarks, characters, images and copy on this store belong to us or their rightful owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

6. Disputes and governing law

We operate a customer service channel to handle complaints. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
