Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within South Korea only. International shipping is coming soon.

Shipping fees

• Standard shipping: 3,000 KRW
• Free shipping on orders of 50,000 KRW or more
• Additional fees may apply for Jeju and remote islands; we will contact you if so.

Processing time

• Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Drop or pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page. Mixed orders may ship together on the later date.

Tracking

We will email your tracking number once your order ships. You can also check status on the Order Lookup page with your order number and email.

Delays and address errors

We will notify you in advance of any delay. Costs from returned or re-sent parcels due to an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility. Contact us before shipping to update your address.
